Hello & Than you for visiting! I’m an organizational and leadership psychologist, TEDx speaker, and founder of Nourishment Consulting LLC.
My professional journey began in the restaurant industry, where I developed a deep appreciation for food, beverage, culture, and leadership. That foundation led me into Human Resources, where my work now focuses on nourishing leaders and organizations so they can grow, thrive, and succeed.
My guiding belief is simple: "If we are going to lead people, we should understand people."
